The Geophysical Methods for Mineral Exploration, Urban & Underground Space Development, and Environmental Sustainability Workshop will be held from September 22 to 24, 2025, at the Xiong'an International Hotel, Xiong'an New Area, China.

The workshop will be attended by numerous distinguished academicians, including Academicians Suping Peng, Liang Yuan, Hongpu Kang, Shuangming Wang, Guofa Wang, Jingwen Mao, Jun Lin, Jianbing Peng, Shirong Ge, Qingyun Di, and many others. The event has received strong support from various departments of the Xiong'an New Area.

Schedule Overview:
September 22 (Afternoon): Visit to the Xiong'an New Area Planning Exhibition Center and ecological wetland inspection at Baiyangdian (15:30–18:00).
September 23: Plenary forum including opening ceremony, keynote speeches, and technical equipment exhibition.
September 23–24: Five thematic forums/workshops and technical exhibitions covering the following topics:

1. Geological assurance technology for deep coal resource exploration and development
2. Geophysical technology for mine safety
3. Urban and underground space safety detection technology
4. Environmental protection and ecological restoration in mining resource development
5. Monitoring technology for CO₂ geological storage

Scholars, experts, and professionals from universities, research institutions, government agencies, and enterprises are warmly invited to participate.
